A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO PURCHASE PARTS FOR LIFT STATION REPAIRS AT LIFT STATIONS 4, 11, AND 12 FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY UTILIZING THE PRICING UNDER THE PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA CONTRACT WITH HINTERLAND GROUP, INC., DATED MARCH 10, 2015 WITHOUT COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND WITHOUT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($38,140.00); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
